Come and see cats on the big screen and help some real cats in need
What CatVideoFest is
From Grumpy Cat to Lil Bub to an endless stream of super-shareable cat videos, felines have long dominated internet culture. But did you know you can feed your obsession with an annual event that takes the phenomenon to the next level — the silver screen?
CatVideoFest has been curated exclusively by Will Braden since 2016, and he says he watches around 15,000 cat videos to prepare the annual 70-minute presentation that plays in movie theatres around the country. His business card says simply, “I watch cat videos.”
The 2026 edition runs for 70 minutes and brings together short-form live action, animation, music, mini-documentary material and internet favourites in a fast-moving, family-friendly cinema experience and 10% of the ticket sales will go directly to local cats in need.
Tickets £9 adults £5 under 16’s
10% of each ticket will go to South Devon Cats Rehoming Charity
