A class that weaves many different aspects, perspectives and flavours of yoga. Creating a class that is suitable for all varying levels of experience in this deeply nourishing and supportive practice.
I love to bring a warmhearted, uplifting, joyful and relaxing approach.
This class is suitable for those who are seeking to increase mobility, movement with awareness, strength, nervous system regulation, breathe awareness and relaxation.

Pilates with Liz Mortimer-Richards
Weds 9am to 10am
Pilates classes are a great way to stay fit and mobile, great for anyone recovering from injuries or operations. These classes are low to medium in level, its all about having fun at the same time as staying fit. Run by ex physio, Liz has been teaching for the last 15 years.
