The Flavel is the cultural centre of Dartmouth. At The Flavel you will find:

Building Access
The Flavel is a modern fully accessible building. There is a shallow ramp to the front door and lift access to all floors. Patrons using wheelchairs are welcome to book seats in the front row of the auditorium (which can be removed for wheelchair access).
The Mayors Avenue car park has three disabled car park bays by the Tourist information centre (2 minute level walk from The Flavel).
Free tickets for carers
Those with access needs will be charged the usual price for any screening. However, if you have a carer who needs to accompany you, they are entitled to a free ticket. These can be booked in advance over the phone (we won't charge the booking fee), or in person at the box office. We always recommend booking in advance to ensure you get the seats that meet your needs.
Getting here by Bus
Stagecoach 90 – Townstal (and Leisure centre for Park and Ride). Every 30 min, departing Pontoon on the hour and half hour (2min later from Spar on Victoria Road). Last bus to Leisure centre for Park and Ride 23:00. Timetable
Getting here by ferry from Kingswear
The Lower Ferry operates a continuous shuttle. Last Ferry from Dartmouth is 22:55. website
