My Flavel Venue Levy
From September 2026 we are scrapping our booking fees and updating our pricing. This is in line with recent legislation which states that all transaction and delivery fees, must now be included in upfront ticket prices, whenever prices are shown.
So that our customers can see the true total price before committing to buy.
Each event ticket on our website will show the ticket price and the MyFlavel venue levy. This levy generates funds that enable us to meet maintenance costs and make improvements to our building.
