Award winning balalaika player Sergei Kosov and pianist Ekaterina Shetliffe, a father and daughter duo, will present a varied programme of favourite compositions.

A graduate from the prestigious Gnesin Academy of Moscow, Sergei has established a career as a renowned virtuoso player, appearing with orchestras and ensembles in Russia, USA and Germany. Sergei has been a leading balalaika teacher at the Dargomizsky College of Music (Tula), where his daughter Ekaterina also graduated as a concert pianist. Sergei and Ekaterina performed in many venues in the UK as part of their successful Russian tour last year
