 Position 1: We are looking to recruit up to 3 new Trustees to help steer us through the next stage of our development

We are seeking individuals with a wide range of skills and experience so if you would like to join one of Dartmouth’s best loved organisations, and you have an interest in the Arts, and have a professional or business background, we would like to hear from you.

We are particularly looking for people with experience in: accountancy, finance and HR.

Position 2: Café Manager - competitive salary

Full-time or part-time position as a job share

We are looking for a motivated person or persons with experience of managing a small coffee shop or cafe and staff, with an interest in developing new initiatives for our daytime catering service. Working with the management team you will also help drive the catering requirements of our corporate and private event hire initiative.

You will have experience of planning express lunch/snacks style menus as well as cooking and preparing food. You will be expected to have knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards and experience of working in a café style environment.

Position 3: Part-time Café and Bar Assistants - competitive salary

To work in a small, friendly cafe and bar facility serving hot and cold drinks along with a selective morning and evening menu.

Experience in catering and health and hygiene is essential, but additional training will be available to suitable candidates. We are looking for people with an outgoing personality, who enjoy providing a high standard of customer service, and are flexible and eager to learn.

Position 4: Event Support Staff - competitive salary

To help with the delivery of our events programme, we are looking for a range of support staff who can help with all aspects of event set-up and take-down, as well as during the running of the event, also including front of house hospitality staff.
