Qigong is the oldest form of Chinese medicine and indeed the basis upon which Chinese medicine first developed. It entails learning to guide Qi (the vital life-force energy) through a series of gentle movements, standing postures and focused mind activities with breathwork. The long history of Qigong has led to a wide variety of forms which focus equally on the body and mind.


Qigong is now embraced by millions of people worldwide to release old habits whilst enabling them to become more peaceful and harmonious in their daily lives. Qi Gong maintains a stable state of mind and improves your health.


Please bring a mat if you have one.


Drop in classes are £7.00, Concessions available. Classes start on 8th April to 8th July.


If you would like to experience the healing Qi-field then please book a session with me lasting 60-90 mins in the Green Room when available.


Qi-healing benefits are - unblocking meridians, complete relaxation, uplifting energy and aches and pains in the body alleviated.


I will also give you tips on how to deepen your own practice at home, as everyone is unique.
