My yoga teacher training comes from the Himalaya Yoga Valley Centre in Goa, India. Following the Himalaya and Mysore traditions I offer Ashtanga inspired Vinyasa flow with Iyengar alignment.

My own personal yoga and meditation practice spans the last thirty years. Most recently I have found it immensely valuable in reducing and managing stress, both on a professional and personal level. Having worked for years in various corporate and business roles I appreciate the impact of work-based and emotional stress, both physically and mentally - I am now passionate about sharing simple and accessible well-being practices which support us to create balance and harmony in our lives, for both body and mind.

The Asana style I offer is accessible Ashtanga Vinyasa flow, with a specific class focus: yoga for relaxation, yoga for strength and balance, yoga for well-being, yoga for mental health, yoga for de-tox'ing.

All classes are open to all levels, whether this is your first time stepping onto a yoga mat or whether you have a well established personal practice each session is sequenced to include you.

Together we will be connecting to our body and breath, resting our minds, letting-go, lengthening, strengthening, generating a profound sense of well being and welcoming wellness into our body and soul
