A guided meditation class suitable for all levels of experience, for a positive start to the day.

I will lead you through a meditation with breathwork, a new mantra each week and sound healing using a singing bowl and steel drum. We will also reflect on our weeks together with herbal tea to bring mindfulness into our lives.

With amazing benefits such as better emotional health, better sleep, lower stress levels, anxiety relief and an increase in attention span to name a few, meditation is wonderful for every person. So bring along a cushion and a blanket for an hour of high quality guided meditation for just £6 per person.’
